Boathouse cove road[edit]

General[edit]

A Lake Mead National Recreation Area approved back country road located between Callville bay and Echo bay on North Shore road(State Route 167). Boathouse cove road is a scenic drive down to the waters of Lake Mead. The road is approximately 9 miles long mostly through washes. 4x4 is recommended but overall stock friendly.

Climate[edit]

Winter months can be cold while Summer months are brutally hot, temperatures can reach 120deg+! Please use extreme caution and take extra gear especially water. It is always a good idea to let someone know where you are going prior to hitting this trail as cellular service is spotty.
